Role Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and knowledgeable Regulatory Compliance Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our operations align with all regulatory standards and internal guidelines. This part-time role allows for a harmonious work-life balance, requiring you to work 5 hours a day, 4 days a week.



Key Responsibilities:

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Formulating, executing, and sustaining compliance policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Conducting routine compliance audits and evaluations.
  • Offering guidance and training to team members on compliance issues.
  • Engaging with regulatory authorities and remaining informed on industry regulations.
  • Preparing and presenting compliance reports to senior management.
  • Investigating and resolving compliance concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Compliance Officer within the financial services industry, ideally in asset management or financial advisory.
  • Thorough understanding of applicable regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
