About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Engineer to join our team at Hubbard Products. As a Product Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and improving products, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- To design and develop products that meet customer needs and company specifications.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development align with business objectives.
- To create and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings and Bills of Material.
- To work closely with the Quality Engineer to ensure design meets quality and reliability standards.
- To continuously seek ways to improve product design and reduce production costs.
- To provide technical support to sales and support teams, as well as installation/service engineers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in Product Design or relevant Engineering qualification or degree.
- Experience with CAD software, such as Autodesk Inventor or Solid Works, is advantageous.
- Previous experience of producing engineering and/or technical drawings is advantageous.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range of £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year.

Working Hours
- 10 hour shift or 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
Work Location
In person at our Hubbard Products facility.
