Investment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to join our team at Quilter Cheviot. As an Investment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Investment Managers and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to administrative client and financial adviser queries by phone, letter, or email, ensuring all work is completed in a compliant manner.
- Organize bank payments, issue valuations and tax reports, and provide application paperwork and cost information as requested.
- Assist Investment Managers with ongoing portfolio management, including identifying debit positions and forthcoming standing orders, making client and third-party payments, and monitoring incoming and outgoing in-specie or cash transfers.
- Support the team with quarterly reporting and maintain comprehensive databases with up-to-date client details.
- Liaise with clients and financial advisers to book review meetings, including booking meeting rooms, organizing lunches, and updating team calendars with all details.
- Record associated expenses and send administrative follow-up as directed by the team.
- For new clients, print/bind pitch presentations, open new accounts, and add new client and financial adviser details to our database, ensuring accounts are opened correctly and in a timely manner.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to build rapport with clients and adapt your style to suit the variety of clients we look after. You will also be able to act on your own initiative and work independently, with solid organizational skills to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role as an Investment Administrator within Wealth or Investment Management, and an interest in financial services or a good understanding of our services where you can utilize your knowledge and experience within investment management.
