**About the Role**

We are partnering with a leading wellness and personal care brand to hire an Amazon Channel Manager. Our client works with high-profile clients, start-ups, and SMEs globally to source and retain top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the brand's presence and strategy on Amazon, executing data-driven strategies to maximize sales potential and operations performance.
* Monitor channel performance and create data-driven decisions to optimize Amazon operations.
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards, timely order fulfillment, and optimize online reviews across relevant platforms.

**Requirements**

* 3+ years of experience in Amazon channel management, with a proven track record of driving profitability across a vast product portfolio.
* Strong understanding of Amazon Account Management, Amazon SEO, and advertising.
* Solid commercial acumen, along with proven stakeholder communication and project management skills.
