We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Bradford. As a key member of our Management Accounts team, you will play a critical role in leading teams, workstreams, and projects across various group and external Opco brands.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage teams of Finance Managers to deliver accurate reporting and analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Provide variance analysis and commercial commentary to support business decision-making.
- Manage and mentor Finance Managers to develop their skills and expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager or similar role.
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading teams and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, with experience of implementing financial processes and procedures.
