About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Officer to join our team in Clitheroe. If you have a minimum of 2 years' security experience and hold a valid SIA licence, along with a driving licence and access to your own vehicle, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the site through regular foot patrols, access control, and identification checks.
  • Perform locking and unlocking duties, respond to emergencies, and ensure accurate completion of reports and paperwork.
  • Act as a key member of the security team, reporting to the Security Supervisor and handling a variety of duties as required.
  • Work in a customer-facing environment, handling situations with politeness, tact, and discretion.
  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of Security and Fire Safety systems and procedures.
Essential Skills:
  • SIA licence
  • Right-to-work and 5 year checkable history
  • 2 years security experience would be preferred (Supervisory experience would be a bonus but not essential)
  • Demonstrate the values of integrity, vigilance and helpfulness which Securitas prides itself on
