Senior Early Years Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership to all staff members and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to monitor the quality of care and education.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 or above in Early Years.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
