Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and resolution for Windows Servers and client systems, including Windows 10/11.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune, Mobile Device Management, and Conditional Access.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a senior IT support role.
  • A valid UK Driver's Licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Knowledge in networking and infrastructure management, including WAN/LAN and VLAN configurations.
  • Expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, and Microsoft 365.

Compensation and Benefits:
