About the Role

The Clinical Lead for Bedded Unit Digitisation will be a practicing clinician who provides clinical leadership to the Bedded Unit Digitisation project. This project aims to deliver the Trust's vision for digitised clinical workflows, enabling staff to access information and make informed decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead on the use of bedded unit digitisation in the redesign of services to improve access to services for patients, relatives, and carers.
  • Ensure the bedded unit digitisation transformation programme complements other service improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on service redesigns through embracing bedded unit digitisation technology.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including Chiefs of Service, Divisional Directors, and Clinical Service Unit managers.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent significant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Ongoing professional development to postgraduate level.
  • Fully qualified clinician with substantial clinical experience.
  • Experience in leading on service development, developing and implementing strategy, and managing complex initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
