Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior clinician to lead the Bedded Unit Digitisation project within Central London Community Health Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful implementation of digital clinical workflows across all appropriate specialties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital clinical workflows to improve access to services for patients, relatives, and carers.
  • Work closely with Chiefs of Service, Divisional Directors of Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is implemented in a safe and clinically effective way.
  • Provide expert advice on service redesigns and attend meetings to promote service redesign.
  • Travel to all CLCH Bedded sites to provide clinical leadership and support.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent significant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Ongoing professional development to postgraduate level.
  • Fully qualified clinician with substantial clinical experience.
  • Experience in leading on service development for a specialist area at a senior level.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategy, policy, and change or innovation projects in specialist areas.
