Role Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the financial success of one of London's iconic event venues. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Finance to manage daily financial operations, ensuring precise and timely financial reporting, maintaining comprehensive financial records, and enforcing robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and bi-weekly forecasts.

• Supervise three direct reports, providing guidance and support.

• Oversee purchase ledger activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Utilize financial management software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to analyze financial data.

• Engage in payroll and productivity analysis relevant to the events sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a financial role, ideally within the hospitality or events sector.

• Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.

• AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent is preferred.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
