Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the reliability of all machinery and equipment.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Execute repairs on various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
2. Contribute to the formulation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
3. Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and respond to work orders as required.
4. Support visiting specialist engineers when necessary.
5. Report breakdown causes, equipment faults, and concerns to the line manager.
6. Troubleshoot minor repair issues effectively.
7. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) efficiently.
8. Prioritize and plan workload to support production goals and optimize working time.
9. Complete job tickets and CMMS documentation accurately and promptly.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to the Health & Safety Policy by identifying hazards and conducting risk assessments. Promote a safe workplace environment and manage personal and colleague safety proactively.

Communication Skills:
Maintain professional, clear, and positive communication at all levels of the organization. Provide constructive feedback and actively participate in meetings.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively within your team, sharing expertise and fostering a positive work environment. Encourage innovation and support team members in achieving shared objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Optimize line performance and communicate any issues to the team leader.
2. Notify Maintenance and Production Managers of significant stoppages.
3. Consider customer satisfaction in all team behaviors and actions.
