About the Role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to service users. You will be an expert resource on nursing care and will play a key role in the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative environment to promote staff well-being and development.
