Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Manage materials, plant, and labour within allocated budgets and resources, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient delivery of service on the project.
  2. Communication: Ensure all systems, design information, procedures, and quality systems are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
  3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to project delivery teams, verifying the work of others and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Assurance: Lead or support assurance on projects through conducting audits and regular meetings with project teams, identifying best practice and areas of concern.
  5. Professional Development: Maintain personal expertise and knowledge to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
  6. Team Leadership: Provide coaching and motivation to project teams to deliver high performance and create a culture of continuous improvement.

  9. Performance Monitoring: Provide concise and accurate feedback on project performance against estimates.
  10. Digital Tools: Seek to understand and implement digital tool sets to support project execution.
