Join a Leading Aerospace Solutions Provider as an Aerospace Project Engineer

Round Peg Solutions is partnering with a prominent aerospace solutions provider seeking an Aerospace Project Engineer to enhance their engineering team.

With a recent contract acquisition from a significant European Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), the organization is poised for considerable expansion in the near future.

The position involves regular client engagement and collaboration with the internal design engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create technical proposals and cost assessments
  • Direct concept creation and supervise testing phases
  • Conduct design reviews internally and present to clients
  • Oversee qualification programs and validate models and schematics
  • Ensure compliance of tool designs and matrices
  • Assist the Project Manager with technical project tasks
  • Identify technical risks and facilitate project planning activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product design and development within regulated sectors
  • Expertise in metallic ducting systems or sheet metal components
  • Understanding of product development in the aerospace sector
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • Proficiency in CAD systems and New Product Introduction (NPI) Process Principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-driven and motivated professional
