We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage the implementation of complex integrated security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security technologies and systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration among engineers, technicians, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to address challenges.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets. Track expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and change orders. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations. Oversee testing and commissioning of security systems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects in the security systems or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated security technologies, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
