As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working both independently and collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for our customers and team members to take pride in their experiences with us.
Airport Requirements:
- 5 years of continuous references - to obtain an airport pass, you must provide 5 years' worth of employment or educational references without any gaps.
- Criminal Records Bureau Check - to be conducted by WHSmith upon successful application.
- Photographic ID, such as a passport or UK Driving Licence.
- Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
- Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and inviting for customers.
- Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in finding products easily.
- Collaborating with team members and supporting colleagues.
- A genuine passion for ensuring customers have an exceptional in-store experience.
- Confidence in communicating effectively within the team.
- Motivation to achieve outstanding results and maintain high standards.
