Children's Residential Home Manager

Floracaregroup is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our new children's home, providing therapeutic care and support to up to 2 young people.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a staff team to create a child-centred therapeutic home
- Manage services, including staff supervision, care planning, safeguarding, and quality monitoring
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Develop constructive relationships within the community
- Produce monitoring reports and promote equality and diversity
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or equivalent
- 3 years' experience working with children, including at least 1 year at senior level
- Understanding of relevant regulations and children's rights
