As a key member of the credit team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service
• Managing and resolving any queries or disputes related to customer payments
• Ensuring accurate and timely posting and allocation of incoming payments
• Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
• Collaborating with the wider credit team to achieve business objectives
