Key Responsibilities:

* Ensuring clients pay on time and delivering first-class customer service
* Managing predefined ledger splits and updating the AR ledger with payments received
* Regularly reviewing AR ledgers and ensuring all receipts have been posted and allocated
* Investigating why old invoices are not paid or credit notes are not cleared
* Reconciling accounts and consolidated invoices
* Managing inbox and responding to enquiries from external and internal stakeholders
* Providing supporting documentation to auditors and the wider Finance Team

Requirements:

* Organising and prioritising daily/weekly tasks
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Adaptable to change and works well under pressure
* Excellent Excel and MS Office skills
* Knowledge of accounting software
* May be studying an accountancy qualification but not essential (CICM)
* Knowledge of working with various currencies
