Job Summary:

Roc Search's client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join their team in a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective Health, Safety and Environmental processes across the manufacturing facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
  3. Provide expert guidance on ISO14001 and ESG principles, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory bodies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  2. NEBOSH certification (essential) and COSHH knowledge (desirable).
  3. Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in a manufacturing environment.
  4. Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
