Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with IT leaders, the Senior Leadership Team, Business stakeholders and directors, Partners and third-party vendors.

Requirements
  • Experience in a senior IT service management role.
  • Strong background in ITIL Service Management in a 24/7 setting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of IT contracts, financials, and process development.
