Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to work with our clients in the Haringey and Tottenham areas. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including those with complex needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, bowel management, and behavioral challenges.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our team.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from £14 to £17.93 per hour, depending on experience. Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff. We also offer:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in care, preferably in a complex care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
