About the Role:
This full-time position entails working 37.5 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, with no weekend, bank holiday, or night shifts required. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £46,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package.
The facility features state-of-the-art amenities, including:
- Three laminar flow theatres
- Approximately 50 beds
- A physiotherapy suite
- An outpatient department
- An onsite pharmacy

Your Responsibilities:
As the Lead Outpatient Nurse, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care while overseeing the daily operations of the Outpatients department.
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to provide visible and supportive leadership, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand outpatient services and enhance patient care.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should be:
- A qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration.
- Experienced in an outpatient setting post-registration.
- Confident in managing an outpatient nursing team within a hospital environment.
