This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership of the CAMEO North team, a renowned Early Intervention service offering assessment, treatment, and support to individuals experiencing symptoms of psychosis.
As a result of substantial investment in our service, we are embarking on a significant expansion, aiming to meet national targets and provide high-quality, NICE-adherent care.
CAMEO Service operates across our Foundation Trust via two established bases in Cambridge and Peterborough, with this post located in the vibrant city of Peterborough.
Main DutiesAs a Senior Clinical Team Manager, you will oversee caseload care coordination, ensuring the delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions as part of a service user's overall multi-disciplinary team care plan.
You will contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the service, recognizing the importance of individualized work in promoting self-awareness, independence, confidence, and hope within the service user's unique recovery journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight of caseload care coordination
- Delivery of expert clinical assessment and individualized specialist treatment interventions
- Contribution to shaping the strategic direction of the service
- Leadership and management of a designated team of multidisciplinary staff

Person SpecificationEssential qualifications include professional qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, psychology, OT, or Social Work, as well as a degree or extensive clinical experience.

Key skills and abilities include advanced skills in assessment, planning, and therapeutic intervention, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.
