About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with a range of needs, including SEMH, PMLD, and SLD. Your role will involve assisting with lesson planning, implementing strategies to support student learning, and providing emotional support to students who may be experiencing challenging behaviors.
