Job Overview
In the role of Cleaning and Customer Care Associate, you will be an integral part of our student housing team, ensuring an exceptional living environment for our residents through meticulous cleaning and outstanding service. You will contribute to a vibrant and supportive team atmosphere, helping our students feel comfortable and at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining cleanliness in shared areas such as entrances, lounges, hallways, and outdoor spaces on a daily basis
- Delivering a welcoming and friendly service to our residents
- Reporting maintenance concerns to enhance the safety and security of our facilities
- Performing daily cleaning of kitchen areas
