Job Title: Customer Care Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Attendant to join our team at ABM. As a Customer Care Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our customer toilets, including the baby change facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times
  • Ensure equipment is used, cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly
  • Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
  • Ensure consumables are replenished in a timely manner

Person Specification:

Essential:

  • Flexibility
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred
  • Awareness of importance on Health & Safety Policies & procedures
