About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance function, including treasury transactions, bank reconciliations, and company credit card claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and process treasury transactions and clear entries for bank reconciliations in accounting systems.
  • Ensure prompt payment of company credit card claims and employee expenses, including appropriate authorisation.
  • Support resolving financial transactions throughout the working capital cycle where additional approvals/action is required.
  • Monitor expenditure in areas of the business and report as required.
  • Provide support to colleagues within the Finance function.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator with previous accounts experience. Having AAT qualifications is desirable but not essential.
