Family Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce, children matters, separation agreements, finances, and domestic violence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key issues and develop effective solutions.
- Prepare and present complex legal documents and arguments in court.
- Supervise and train junior staff, including solicitors and paralegals.
Requirements:
- 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law, preferably with a strong track record of success.
- Expertise in divorce, children matters, separation agreements, finances, domestic violence, pre/post-nuptial agreements, and other related areas.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in training and supervising junior staff.
