The Transformation Change Leader will collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels to ensure alignment with program objectives and to alleviate any resistance to change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management Strategy: Formulate and execute a change management strategy for the work stream that aligns with the business transformation objectives, ensuring coherence with program goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, assess, and engage critical stakeholders throughout the change journey. Foster robust relationships to guarantee effective collaboration and support.
  • Communication Strategy: Create and implement communication strategies that effectively convey the vision, objectives, and advantages of the transformation initiatives to all stakeholders.
  • Impact Analysis: Perform change impact analyses to determine the implications of change on various departments and individuals, and devise strategies to mitigate adverse effects.
  • Training and Development: Partner with training teams to design and deliver educational programs that empower employees with the essential skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.
  • Managing Resistance: Recognize potential resistance areas and proactively address and manage these to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor and report on the advancement of change initiatives, including risks, challenges, and milestones. Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Post-Implementation Assessment: Conduct evaluations following the implementation of change initiatives to assess success and identify any further actions needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement by identifying lessons learned from change initiatives and integrating them into future projects.
Qualifications:
PROSCI accreditation/experience is essential.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in change management, business transformation, or a related role within a corporate setting.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient change management skills with a proven record of successful outcomes.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence at all organizational levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with diverse needs.
    • Experience in conducting impact analyses and formulating mitigation strategies.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies.
