Plant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team at Engineering. As a key member of our manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for managing a team of over 30 personnel and driving the continued development of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and improve working practices using modern manufacturing philosophies
- Oversee cost, quality, and output, working closely with other departments to create efficiencies
- Develop and maintain a production plan to ensure sales orders and key stock levels are serviced
- Ensure stock replenishment and kanban systems reflect production capabilities
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in manufacturing, ideally with a HNC or equivalent in Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or Production Engineering. You will have proven experience in a senior leadership role and be able to demonstrate effective team management skills. Additionally, you will have experience in implementing systems such as LEAN, Kanban, Faxban, Six Sigma, and Kaizan.
