Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Certain Advantage. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, driving business performance, and partnering with our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the FP&A activities for a specific business unit within the company, providing strategic financial guidance and support to the leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance, identify risks, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for the senior leadership team, highlighting key trends and variances.
  • Collaborate with department heads to influence decision-making and optimize profitability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
  • CIMA/ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • A natural business partner with a proven track record of success.
  • High-performing in your current role and looking for the next step to progress your career.
  • Ability to think strategically and influence business decision-making.
