About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Hearings Coordinator. As a key member of our regulatory team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fitness to Practise (FtP) hearings and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the logistics of hearings, ensuring all necessary parties are present and prepared.
  • Support the panel and Chair in the facilitation of hearings, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor at all times.
  • Draft formal documents, including case outcomes, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including professionals and the public.
  • Contribute to the development of resources and guidance to support professionals in meeting our standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drafting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
