Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Product Owner who will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of technology products across various business units. This position involves overseeing the change delivery process, ensuring that both internal teams and external partners effectively contribute to the project. You will be tasked with acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and expertise while adhering to established cost, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business product owners and engage with stakeholders to guarantee the successful rollout of new technical products and features.
  • Deliver Integration (API, Event Streaming, File Transfer, and Messaging) and Infrastructure (Azure and UNIX) projects in a multi-supplier environment.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of agile methodologies and principles, ensuring effective deployment within the organization.
  • Apply knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service and Containerization to enhance integration patterns.
  • Maintain credibility and influence while working with demanding internal clients and complex external suppliers.
  • Oversee multiple projects and manage both onshore and offshore teams effectively.
  • Possess comprehensive stakeholder and project lifecycle experience.
  • Exhibit strong decision-making skills and the ability to advocate for your convictions.
  • Appreciate the application of architecture, policies, and governance in project delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent people management capabilities, fostering empowerment and motivation within product teams.
  • Experience in transitioning from Waterfall to Agile delivery methodologies is highly desirable.
