About the Role

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Inverclyde Adult Community Mental Health Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychological assessment and therapy services to adults with complex mental health needs.
  • Lead on clinical governance and low-intensity psychological therapies within the Inverclyde Community Mental Health Team.
  • Provide specialist clinical supervision and training to multidisciplinary team staff.
  • Contribute to service audit and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate doctoral level training in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
  • Postdoctoral clinical experience and training.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
