Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Insurance Consulting Business Unit at EXL. As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting and managing projects within the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive large-scale projects, coordinating with global stakeholders and liaising with function heads and programme sponsors.
  • Oversee the design and release of technology solutions, evaluating and selecting appropriate delivery approaches, developing business cases, defining project scopes, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Handle risks, issues, and change requests, support benefits realisation, and coordinate with third-party suppliers.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and governance management are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a consulting or delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of key insurance principles, such as underwriting, claims, and the Lloyd's market, with an awareness of the changing insurance process landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required.
