Pastry Commis Chef

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Commis Chef to join our talented team at The Langham, London. As a Pastry Commis Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of pastry production and presentation in our 5-star kitchen.

About the Role
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts
  • Work closely with the Pastry Chef to ensure consistency and quality of products
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and techniques
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional customer service and satisfaction
About You
  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or similar establishment
  • Strong passion for pastry and commitment to ongoing learning and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
