Key Responsibilities- IT Support
- Provide technical assistance to employees, including helpdesk duties and training staff on software and hardware usage.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring data security and performing regular data backups.
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Facilities Management
- Oversee the maintenance of the physical workplace, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
- Coordinate repairs and ensure compliance with safety regulations, managing building access, security systems, and surveillance.
- An all-round technical background in IT support, with experience in minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Confidence in providing assistance in office repairs and facilities management needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills.
- IT-related qualifications, such as CompTIA or MS Certifications.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
- Strong working knowledge of MacOS and familiarity with basic principles of Cyber security and data privacy.
- Competitive salary range of £23,000 - £28,000 per annum.
