About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of store colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and manage store KPIs, including sales, stock levels, and customer feedback
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role in a retail environment
