About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Adult Social Worker/Senior Social Worker. As a key member of our Adult Social Care team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to lead full and active lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop support plans for adults with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues to promote best practice
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve service outcomes
