**Job Title:** Sales Ledger Clerk

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Ledger Clerk to join our team at Liberty. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sales invoices, processing payments, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales invoices are raised and sent in an accurate and timely manner
• Process and allocate payments received onto the ledger
• Assist in setting up new accounts
• Reconcile and upload client valuations
• Communicate with clients and internal/external customers to resolve queries
• Assist with the resolution of aged debt queries

Requirements:

• Proven experience and skills working with Microsoft Office, with intermediate or above skills in Excel
• A strong commitment to high-quality customer service and the ability to work well within a team as well as alone, showing initiative and prioritization
