Job Title: IT Technical Manager SAP/Oracle Migration Specialist

About the Role:

Sanderson is seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Manager to lead a critical migration project, moving from SAP to Oracle E-Business Suite. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end migration process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Migration Project Lead: Oversee the migration process from SAP to Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in SAP or Oracle to guide the migration process, with a particular focus on integrating Dynamics 365 CRM/Portal into the new system.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within the set time frame, ensuring seamless integration of Dynamics 365 into the Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Integration and Testing: Ensure the successful integration of Dynamics 365 into the Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in grant CRM and portal functions.

Requirements:

  • SAP/Oracle Expertise: Strong background in SAP or Oracle E-Business Suite, with a proven track record in managing complex migrations.
  • D365 Experience: Familiarity with Dynamics 365, particularly in integrating CRM/Portal systems.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver IT projects, managing time lines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Security Clearance: Must have active SC clearance to be considered for this role.
  • Remote Work: Flexibility to work remotely, with availability for on-site presence 2 days per week.
