DiverseJobsMatter is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Manager to lead our administrative function. This pivotal role involves working closely with our teams to ensure effective systems and processes are in place to deliver outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement best practice processes through regular review to ensure Administrative Services is operating as effectively as possible.
• Identify service improvements, liaising with key stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Act as a key contact for our teams, Executives, and clients.
• Key liaison point for Office Services, working collaboratively to ensure administrative support is aligned and delivering a high-quality service.
• Identify and maintain an appropriate level of resource, ensuring the needs of our teams are met.
• Execution of ongoing performance management, including leading check-ins, conducting 1:1s, and agreeing objectives for the teams.
• Identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant support needed.
• Recruitment and selection.
• Contribute to firm-wide Administrative Services projects, working with key Business Services stakeholders as required.
• Adhere to the firm's risk and compliance policies and procedures and raise any issues or queries promptly with the relevant Partner and/or Risk and Compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative management role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience in performance management and team development.
