Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Primary School setting. Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and flexible SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs in a Primary School setting. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or above qualification in Education and experience working with children, SEN needs, or as a carer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
  • Assist class teachers with planning, preparation, and small group support
  • Support students with SEN needs in a Primary School setting
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
