We are currently seeking a Support Practitioner to join our Finglassie Service in Glenrothes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with impaired vision, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, challenging behavior, epilepsy, and congenital rubella syndrome.
Our service is designed to provide 24/7 support, with a focus on person-centered care that allows individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with our onsite team to develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to each individual\u2019s unique needs.
As a Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will be responsible for providing full personal care, supporting individuals with daily activities, and promoting their independence and well-being.
