Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Concrete & Landscape Products

At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking an experienced Specification Sales Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating specifications for our high-end quality manufactured range of precast concrete and landscaping products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field sales position selling a range of precast concrete and landscaping products to architects, landscape architects, quantity surveyors, civil engineers, and key specifiers.
  • Dealing with order values ranging from £60k to £500k per project.
  • Utilizing our internal support network, including design teams, estimating, and internal sales.
  • Conducting circa 10 CPD presentations per quarter.

Requirements:

  • Must have sold building products, preferably heavyside.
  • Experience generating specifications via architects, landscape architects, civil engineers, quantity surveyors, and key specifiers.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
