As a Senior Manager within the Group Operational Resilience team, you will be instrumental in promoting the adoption of Operational Resilience across the organization, reporting directly to the Director of Operational Resilience.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for professionals to join our newly established Connector function, representing Group Operational Resilience by fostering effective relationships with various Business units and their associated platforms. Your role will be pivotal in enabling the Group to operate efficiently while ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting resilience in accordance with our strategic framework.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Facilitating daily engagement between Group Operational Resilience and Business sectors to strengthen relationships and achieve operational resilience for our customers.
- Cultivating a culture of resilience throughout the organization by driving uniformity and proactive measures.
- Collaborating with business sectors to ensure alignment between Group Operational Resilience and business development plans.
- Coordinating with Platforms and CIOs to secure necessary resources for addressing vulnerabilities identified through scenario assessments.
- Serving as the liaison for Platforms to ensure comprehensive reporting is established to monitor the progress of vulnerability remediation efforts.
