Job Summary

We're seeking a Store Manager to join our team in Corby. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, implementing and executing promotional changes, and delivering excellent sales results. You will also be responsible for building external relationships to market your store and grow sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Implement and execute regular promotional changes and deliver excellent merchandising standards on the shop floor
