The Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the store, maximising sales to exceed targets.

You will deliver outstanding personal customer service whilst motivating and developing the store team to do the same.

You will maintain the highest possible standards of merchandising, housekeeping and general safety whilst adhering to, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping and general safety
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
